With their accurate selection of cultivars, Gionni and Paolo express their love for their territory, the Chianti Classico, emphasising its excellent and unique qualities, thanks to the nature of its soil and the gentle sun, giving life to some of the world’s most prized extra virgin olive oils. Category: oil of strong intensity, most of all in the perception of bitter sensations, with strong notes of artichoke and rocket; lighter spicy sensation, characterized by green pepper. Aroma: the bouquet is aggressive, with unmistakable aroma of artichoke, rocket and tomato leaves; we find also a soft but long-lasting note of cucumber.
