Company description
The Podere del Pari farm is located on Monte Pisano, in the municipality of Calci (Pisa).
Here, we produce a top-quality extra virgin olive oil, made from olives grown in our terraced olive groves. The Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino cultivars thrive in an ideal microclimate and are harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness. The cold pressing, carried out at the Frantoio del Monte Pisano, a mill we own, is done quickly to preserve all the product’s natural properties.
We use sustainable practices to create an oil that truly reflects the character of our land.
2024 was our first year of production and, to our great satisfaction, the care and attention we put into our oil has already been recognized both nationally and internationally with the following awards:
-- Selected among the best DOP and IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oils of Tuscany 2025, with an additional award for best packaging.
-- The “Oli d’Italia 2025” guide by Gambero Rosso awarded us Two Green Leaves for our Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil, highlighting our commitment to quality and respect for local traditions
-- Gold Medal – Gourmet Olive Oil at the international competition “Oils of the World” – AVPA – Paris.
-- Great Award – Amsterdam International Olive Oil Competition.
The farm is part of a group that also owns a olive mill, the Frantoio del Monte Pisano, a high-level facility that combines tradition and innovation.
Here, the olives are pressed to produce 100% Italian and Organic extra virgin olive oil, both under its own brand and for third parties.
In 2024, the mill processed approximately (12,000 quintals) of olives.
