Company description

Larderia Sanguinetti is an artisan company producing Lardo di Colonnata PGI in Colonnata, a small village nestled in the heart of the Apuan Alps. To ensure the highest quality of our product, we personally select the finest cuts of pork—strictly of Italian origin from certified farms—along with carefully chosen spices, Piacenza white garlic, and rosemary, which we grow ourselves.
 
The company operates from a 300-square-meter facility located at Via Giardino 6/ter in Colonnata (MS), which has received EU recognition with the approval stamp CE: IT S8W0D, allowing us to export to all EU countries. This is a modern, state-of-the-art facility where strict hygiene and food safety standards are followed, along with full compliance with the official production regulations for Lardo di Colonnata PGI.
