Company description
An historic organic farm spanning approximately 50 hectares of olive groves on the hills surrounding Florence, specializing in cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil.
Olives are handpicked and milled within 8–10 hours of harvest to ensure maximum freshness and quality. The farm is registered under the Tuscan IGP (Protected Geographical Indication), Colline di Firenze subzone, and handles bottling in various formats.
The oil is stored in stainless steel containers under inert gas in temperature-controlled environments to best preserve its organoleptic properties.
Our goal is to expand internationally and share the excellence of our prized extra virgin olive oil worldwide.
