Grassini Pinoli is the only company in Italy structured to oversee the entire pine nut supply chain — and has been doing so for four generations.

From exclusive harvesting within the protected area of the Migliarino San Rossore Estate in Tuscany (Pisa), to the traditional, all-natural processing of pine cones, Grassini handles every step up to the final sale — both to private customers and to processors seeking a truly premium product.

With its distinctive elongated, plump shape and ivory color, our pine nut stands out for its original resinous flavor and is the largest available on the market.
It’s the authentic taste of nature — once you try it, you’ll never go back!

The company sells exclusively under its own brand: to private customers in newly designed retail packs (100g, 250g, 500g, 1000g), and in bulk quantities to specialized processors and the high-end Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
