Company description
The company was founded back in 1992 by Lorenzo Patrone and his wife Maria, starting the production of high-quality Tuscan cured meats.
In 2013, Luca Patrone, representing the second generation, took full charge of the production area and over the following years embarked on a research journey focused on native Italian pig breeds. Through careful selection, he identified Cinta Senese DOP as the most interesting breed for its organoleptic properties.
Luca’s project is rooted in environmental conservation, standing against consumerism principles. The core philosophy is to provide guidelines that help steer the final consumer towards greater environmental awareness.
Our pigs are naturally raised, free to forage in the forest and find refreshment in the streams. Animal welfare and the health of the ecosystem where the pigs live are key to the superior quality of our meat.
This attention continues in our artisanal production department, where no additives or preservatives are used.
