Company description

Founded in 1961 by farmers from the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, Agricoop grew as a cooperative rooted in tradition and territory. It created the “Faggiola” brand, offering fresh, handcrafted cheeses made from 100% Italian mountain milk. Production takes place in Palazzuolo sul Senio, one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages. Since 2019, Agricoop has been part of the CLAI Group. Faggiola cheeses are still made by hand, preserving rural know-how while ensuring certified, evolving quality.
