Company description

La vera caratteristica che ci rende unici fra tutti i pastifici, sia artigianali che industriali, é che solo noi inseriamo il germe di grano nella pasta. Durante la cottura l’acqua si tinge leggermente di verde e si sprigiona un intenso profumo di grano, nella sua semplicità, meraviglia. Anche aggiungendo un solo filo di olio abbiamo una pasta dal sapore veramente buono ed unico.

La nostra produzione è ampia per dare profondità di assortimento al punto vendita tenendo i rapporti con un unico fornitore specializzato nella nicchia.

Il ristorante ha l’opportunità di poter scegliere qualcosa di diverso per materia prima, gusto o forma per realizzare dei piatti veramente unici ed innovativi capaci di saper deliziare e meravigliare.
