The Cinta Senese is an ancient breed of pig exclusive to our territory. Records of its breeding date back as far as the Middle Ages, but it was subsequently abandoned. Centuries later, the outstanding virtues of the breedm charaterised by very compact muscle mass , thanks to the fact that it is farmed in a semi-wild state. The meat of Cinta Senese pigs regulations, each farm must have a specifica amount of woodland area per pig. The animals' diet consists mainly of tubers, acorns and forest products and is onlu partially supplemented with selected fedd We process these fine meats, producing prosciuttos and charcuterie of the highest quality
Seasoned salami produced with Pork of the Cinta Senese DOP breed. Packed in natural gut casing.
Product obtained from meat of the Cinta Senese breed, salted and seasoned. Surfaces cured with black pepper and aromatic herbs
Finely ground, each slice is fairly even in consistency. The ingredients include wild fennel, which gives the product its particular aroma and characteristic fresh flavour.
Salted and seasoned pork leg. Surfaces cured with pork fat lard and rice flour (not edible)
