In addition to producing pasta, we are passionately committed to growing our own raw materials. This allows us to create pasta that blends tradition and innovation, with excellent cooking performance and a pleasant texture. We operate within a short, fully traceable supply chain, transforming our own grains in a new-generation pasta factory, where the product takes shape through bronze extrusion and slow, low-temperature drying.
Starting with ancient grains grown on our farm, we develop both traditional formats and more original, contemporary recipes, designed to meet evolving dietary trends without compromising on quality or the natural integrity of the ingredients.
The packaging is 100% recyclable, reflecting our commitment to both environmental sustainability and product excellence. We bring to the table our love for the land and the quality that defines us.
