Terre di Siena DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an organic product from the Siena area with a markedly fruity taste with spicy notes and slight hints of bitterness. Olive Oil is obtained from the fruits of olive trees of at least two of the following varieties: Frantoio, Correggiolo, Leccino and Moraiolo
The Tuscan IGP organic extra virgin olive oil has a well-defined character: fruity sensations of artichoke, fresh grass or almond, are accompanied by the typical bitter and spicy notes that make it strong, but well balanced.

The hight quality of the “Fanciulli” Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic is guaranteed by the multiple cultivars numbers among the estate’s collection of over thousands olive trees. The olives are gathered directly from the tree, in order to avoid them from being spoiled by contact with the ground, and are consequently crushed in a continuous-cycle mechanical press, which ensures that the final product is of a high standard.

From the milling of our olives, chosen according to the period and the product to be obtained, with the spices or vegetables of our garden and fresh citrus, all from organic farming, we make condiments that are suitable for all dishes, cooked and raw. • CITRUS OIL _ made with olives of the typical Tuscan cultivars and organic lemons, with a straw yellow color and a strong scent of lemon, finds its best use in cooked fish and vegetable dishes. • PIZZICOLIO _ made with Correggiolo olives and peppercorns of the Italian varieties, with a red color and the scent of fresh pepper is perfect for those who love chilli and its pungent aftertaste. • AGLIOLIO _ made with Maurino olives and our best Agli, from the color that recalls its organoleptic characteristics is suitable for salads and stewed meats. • BISTECCOLIO _ made with olives of multiple cultivars and various spices and fresh vegetables of our production, perfect for seasoning grilled meat or fish. • ROSMOLIO _ made with olives of various cultivars and the rosemary of our lands, is characterized by a strong and typically Mediterranean aroma. Excellent pairing for grilled meat and fish, baked potatoes, focaccia and legume dishes.
