PANE TOSCANO DOP
Tuscan Bread DOP has a controlled supply chain from the wheat grain to the bread as soon as it comes out of the oven. It is obtained through the ancient processing system in use in Tuscany for centuries which involves the exclusive use of mother yeast, water and type "0" soft wheat flour. The flour used contains wheat germ and is produced from wheat varieties grown in Tuscany. Control of the supply chain is guaranteed by the sticker depicting Tuscany. Our Tuscan DOP bread is cooked in a real wood-fired oven heated with fagots.
